Hi, I'm Rebecca
Midlife can feel like everything is shifting at once — your emotions, your energy, your relationships, your sense of who you are. The demands are heavy, the expectations high, and it’s easy to lose parts of yourself while trying to hold everything together.
I work with women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Together, we explore what’s underneath the stress, the fatigue, the people-pleasing, the overthinking, the conflict or the emptiness — gently reconnecting you to your needs, your boundaries, your voice, and your inner steadiness.
My work supports women who are navigating:

This includes a structured wellbeing programme and optional ongoing monthly support.
